What it involves
Over two weeks, coaches take part in a training experience in Italy, sharing sessions, methods and activities with students from Italian schools. The programme also fosters the exchange of knowledge between coaches from different countries — Italy, Mexico, Germany, Puerto Rico and Spain — broadening how they see the sport through different cultures and ways of working.
